Since our opening on August 10, 1995, at LA TEQUILA Mexican Cuisine, we are proud exemplars of our extraordinary gastronomic heritage, following traditional recipes from our cuisine and innovating with a contemporary intention. We are avid promoters of the best practices in our industry, which allows us to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and service. For this reason, we are certified with the H symbol and were the first restaurant in the world to receive the T symbol from the Tequila Regulatory Council. We were also the first restaurant in Jalisco to receive the Tesoros de México award, which aims to promote excellence in restaurants and hotels with high standards of service, gastronomic offerings, and architectural character that reflect the cultural richness of Mexico.

We passionately promote the consumption of local, regional, and national products of the highest quality, as well as the knowledge and tasting of agave spirits that are produced in our country. We have a selection of over 200 tequilas and 25 options of Mezcals, Sotoles, Bacanoras, and Raicillas. We also have labels from the best wines in our country.
